The ADA is one of America's most comprehensive pieces of civil rights legislation that prohibits discrimination and guarantees that people with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else to participate in the mainstream of American life -- to enjoy employment opportunities, to purchase goods and services, and to participate in State and local government programs and services.

Great Plains Natural Gas Co. offers its Minnesota customers a Gas Affordability Program (GAP) that helps qualified customers manage their monthly gas heating bills and pay past-due balances. To qualify for the program, you must have received a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grant for the current heating season. To apply for LIHEAP, please refer to the contact information listed in this document.

All electric and natural gas companies must offer CWR protection. Different types of payment plans are available, depending on your household income and which electric or natural gas company you have.

EAP is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The program offers low-income households a discount on a portion of their monthly electric and gas bills. We partner with Energy Cents Coalition to bring you this program and provide assistance in two ways.
