Ramp Program

Our Ramp programs offer free assessments for individuals looking to install modular wooden ramps for home access or who are interested in renting ramps on a temporary basis. SWCIL will assist individuals in locating resources to be able to purchase ramps, and has a dedicated construction team to build the customized ramps.

CDCS

Our CDCS Support Planning Program assists consumers on County Waiver Programs who are eligible to allow them choice and flexibility with the services and supports they receive. Our Certified Support Planners offer assistance in developing and monitoring support plans as well as locating available resources.

Veteran's Directed

SWCIL is dedicated to serving Veterans and offers many community-based services for Veteran's and their families.
SWCIL services are not a replacement for benefits that a Veteran may qualify for with the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs. Veteran's with disabilities may access any SWCIL service.

Assistive Technology

Our Assistive Technology (AT) Program offers a lending library and learning baskets for free demonstrations on the assistive technology we have available. Our AT Program Manager will assist you in finding the device or devices that are right for you.
