Administrative Assistant
Primary job functions: providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and a variety of administrative tasks including purchasing, developing reports, managing a curriculum library, maintaining records, invoicing, and others.

- Will require occasional travel within Marshall, MN.

Independent Living (IL) Specialist
Primary job functions: providing independent living skills training, advocacy assistance, career consultation, information and referral services, and peer counseling services to youth in schools and adults in the community.
Qualifications: Must be able to work independently, have knowledge of disabilities and their characteristics, reliable transportation, and pass a background study. Preferred degree in a human services or related field. Education may be substituted by experience with disabilities or disability services.
Wage & benefits: $16 - $19 per hour starting based on experience and qualifications. Remote office option but must reside in SW MN to provide services in local communities. Paid vacation, sick, holiday, and personal days. Retirement plan matching. Health, life, & short-term disability insurance plans.
