Our Mission Statement:

Since independent living is a dynamic process, SWCIL is dedicated to working with and responding to the ever changing needs of persons with disabilities in southwestern Minnesota.  We strive to provide services, supports, and resources, as defined necessary by consumers, that will lead to the creation or enhancement of independent living options.  We are committed to providing education and awareness to promote society acceptance, inclusion, and equal access for all persons with disabilities.
