Youth School Group Services...

School groups are formed to help students in gaining more independent living skills so that they can successfully transition from school to community based living.  Some examples of training include: Peer Counseling, career development/employability skills, money/budgeting skills, career exploration, cooking skills, personal care attendant management, and transition from school to community living issues.  The number of students per group ranges from 3 to 15 dependent upon the skill taught.  The majority of involved students are at the high school level (9-12), however, elementary and middle school groups are also options.
