Advocacy....  

Provided on an individual, community, and systems level. Consumers can request assistance in advocating for specific needs or services

  • Individual - A process emphasizing consumer control and self reliance with an array of approaches aimed at assisting persons with disabilities to take charge of their life choices, act of their own behalf, and overcome situations that reduce the potential for independence.

  • Systems - Working to make changes at the local, state, and federal levels that affect people with disabilities.
